2. Services Provided
We offer antenatal education, movement classes, relaxation techniques, and other birth-related support via live Zoom sessions. Our services are designed to help you prepare for a more comfortable pregnancy, empower your birth experience, and recover postpartum. Please note that while we are committed to supporting your well-being, we are not providing medical or midwifery advice. Any medical concerns or issues should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
3. Data Protection (GDPR)
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. Any personal data you provide to us will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested. This may include your name, contact details, and health information relevant to the course or class you are attending. 4. Health & Safety
By participating in our courses and classes, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the exercises and accept responsibility for your own health and safety. We require that you complete a health questionnaire before attending the classes to identify any contraindications or pregnancy risk factors. Some techniques may need to be adapted for certain individuals, and you should seek guidance from your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
If you experience any discomfort or pain during a class, please stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our classes, we are not responsible for any injuries or health complications that arise from participating in our sessions. You are responsible for following any health and safety guidelines and ensuring that your participation is suitable for your current health and pregnancy status. In addition, we are not liable for any technical issues or disruptions during virtual classes, such as internet connection problems or Zoom malfunctions.
6. Course and Class Payments

The prices for classes and courses are outlined at the point of booking. Payments are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase, provided that no class or service has been accessed. Once a class or course has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.

7. Consumer Rights & Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of booking. This cooling-off period applies only if the service has not been started. If the service has begun (e.g., once the course starts), no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in our policy.
8. Zoom Classes
All of our live classes are delivered via Zoom. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that these sessions will be hosted online. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology to attend the class (e.g., stable internet connection, working camera, and microphone). We are not liable for any technical difficulties that prevent you from attending or fully participating in the sessions.
9. Medical Disclaimer
While we provide educational content and resources related to pregnancy and birth preparation, please note that we are not offering medical, midwifery, or clinical advice. Our role is to inform, support, and empower you with tools for a positive pregnancy and birth experience. Always follow the advice of your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking and attending any of our courses or classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You are also agreeing to follow the safety guidelines and take responsibility for your health during the sessions.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including the Create Lift Programme, 12-Week Birth Prep Course, and weekly classes. By booking or attending any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide antenatal education, pelvic floor recovery coaching, and related support via live Zoom sessions, video resources, and one-to-one consultations. While Emily is a registered midwife, all services offered are strictly educational and coaching-based. No midwifery care, medical advice, or clinical services are provided. For medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
Important Note: We strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor or a women's health physiotherapist before commencing any of our programmes, courses, or classes. This is to ensure that they are happy for you to take part, and that you have no contraindications or medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating.
You must also inform the coach of any reasons why you may not be able to partake in any exercises or activities during the sessions. If you experience any discomfort or pain during a session, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

We collect and store sensitive health data, such as your pregnancy status, medical history, and any pre-existing conditions, to ensure we tailor our services effectively to your needs. This data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly permitted by you. You can withdraw consent for the use of your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Health & Safety
By participating in our services, you acknowledge your responsibility for your own health and safety. A health questionnaire must be completed prior to participation to identify any contraindications or risk factors. If you experience discomfort or pain during a session, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Contraindications for certain exercises include but are not limited to: COPD, EDS Vascular, some heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgery, pregnancy (apnoea should be avoided), less than six weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or twelve weeks postpartum (c-section), some shoulder conditions, serious digestive conditions, hernias, or transplant surgery.
Participants in the pregnancy course should disclose conditions such as hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, severe pelvic or back pain, high blood pressure, polyhydramnios, glaucoma or recent eye surgery, any condition related to an increased risk of stroke, severe knee pain, antepartum bleeding, or an anterior placenta.
If you are unsure whether your health condition might affect your participation, we strongly encourage you to consult a healthcare provider before proceeding with our services.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for any injuries or health complications arising from participation in our services. You are responsible for following all safety guidelines and ensuring the exercises are appropriate for your health status. We are also not liable for technical issues during virtual sessions, such as internet connection problems.
As our services are educational and coaching-based, it is important to note that participation is voluntary, and any exercise or instruction is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or clinical complications arising from participation, and we recommend that you seek professional medical advice for any medical concerns or conditions that arise.
6. Payments and Refunds
Weekly Classes:
Payments are due at the time of booking. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if made within 14 days of purchase and no classes have been accessed.
12-Week Birth Prep Course:
The course fee is £599 or £199/month for three months. Cancellations are eligible for a refund within 14 days of booking, provided the course has not started. Once the course begins, refunds are not issued unless at our discretion or in exceptional circumstances (e.g., pregnancy loss).
Create Lift Programme:
The fee is £749 or £249/month for three months, payable prior to starting the programme. Refunds are available within 14 days of booking if no sessions have been accessed. After the programme begins, refunds are not issued unless at our discretion or in exceptional circumstances.
7. Scheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule an appointment, notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes.
Cancellations:
If we need to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled promptly. For group classes, participants may join a future session to make up for any cancellations.
8. Zoom Classes and Technical Requirements
All live sessions are delivered via Zoom. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (e.g., stable internet, camera, microphone). We are not liable for technical difficulties that prevent participation.
9. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:

Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided during sessions.

Inform the coach of any health changes, new conditions, or contraindications that may affect participation.

Make time to practice daily for 15–20 minutes for the Create Lift Programme to achieve optimal results.

Raise any questions or concerns about modifications needed during classes.
10. Confidentiality
All one-to-one sessions are confidential. For group sessions, no personal health information will be shared publicly. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions if specific modifications are needed. Group Zoom calls will have audio options turned off, but participants can use the "raise hand" feature for questions.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule sessions promptly. For group classes, participants may join a future session to make up for any cancellations.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including videos, guides, and written resources, are for personal use only. They may not be distributed, shared, or reproduced without explicit permission.
