ABOUT EMILY

Combining movement, science, and the language of the subconscious, Emily helps people release tension, restore alignment, and unlock their body’s natural resilience.

Meet Emily

Hi! I’m Emily — a fascia maneuver coach (in training), imagery guide, and movement educator.

My work brings together two powerful tools: fascia-based movement and guided imagery. Fascia maneuvers help release tension, restore alignment, and improve resilience in the body. Guided imagery works on a deeper level — it’s the language of the subconscious, more direct than words or thoughts, allowing the body and mind to reset, repair, and learn in ways that feel both natural and lasting.

This blend means sessions go beyond exercise: they help you reconnect with yourself, unlock energy, and grow from the inside out.

My background spans healthcare, psychology, and performance:

​

  • Qualified UK midwife, with years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery.

  • Practioner in Biomechanics for Birth, DreamBirth®, and Hypnobirthing.

  • Create Lift Coach, Level 1 & 2 Hypopressives Practitioner and co-author of the first UK service evaluation on hypopressives.

  • National Professional RPT Tennis Coach

  • Psychology graduate, with a decade supporting children with autism.

Across all of this, one theme has guided me: the belief that lasting change comes when we connect body, mind, and heart. I’ve spent more than a decade practicing imagery and other integrative approaches, both for my own growth and with clients.

 

What excites me most is seeing people step into their own journey — often discovering something new and unexpected — and in the process, reconnecting with joy, self-worth, and the vibrant, messy beauty of being human.
