PREGNANCY HYPOPRESSIVES

This unique exercise system can be practiced daily at home to optimise your pelvic floor function, make pregnancy more comfortable and your recovery smoother, whilst having a profound calming effect on the nervous system.

GENTLY SUPPORT YOUR CHANGING BODY

Hypopressives are a system of postures and breath work that bring the body back into alignment and balance​. In pregnancy the breath work and postures are adapted to be safe and effective (no vacuum) and help to re-establish the powerful connection between the diaphragm and the pelvic bowl.

Together the postures and breath work release tension patterns, tone the core and pelvic floor, and generate a whole-body calming effect, bringing healing and supporting a smoother recovery.

The initial session is an hour, with subsequent sessions 30 minutes paced out over six to eight weeks.

Live 1:1 zoom sessions (or in-person if local). Support from Emily (via email / Whatsapp) whenever needed for guidance between sessions. Access to our membership online videos for daily practice.

(If you have already done the Create Lift Programme then you may just need a couple of sessions focusing on the adapted breath work and pregnancy-specific poses - let's chat!)
