This class is for anyone who wants to release tension from their jaw. We all hold tension here (tightness, grinding teeth, TMJ) and it effects our whole body, our stress levels, and even our pelvic floor.
Working with the fascia is key to unlocking this tension, and Emily will guide you through specific Fascial Maneuvers (developed by Human Garage) that will help you unwind fascia in the jaw, neck, hips and pelvic bowl.
These are amazing techniques that will help you feel and look lighter and calmer.​
Emily will be showing you how to do the Tongue Pull so if you want to try it, have a flannel or small towel handy for the class (if you haven't tried it before, it's fun and a really great release!)
